Yes, it was clearly a company van, not many folks with ID numbers on the front fender of their white van for the fun of it. Which is a silver lining. They have commercial insurance, for sure, no doubt about it.

Did you get thoroughly checked out? Injuries can continue to show up for a week when your skeletal system takes that hard a jolt.

Better safe than sorry, and the other party is gonna pay for your doctor/chiro visit(s). Get some film, make sure you don't have injuries that have not surfaced.
