Thread: no power to fuel pump problem...

ill look into that, theres a wire off the ecu grounded out on what the body behind the dash ??

ECU has 2 ground connections that bolt to the intake manifold. Each connection has 2 black wires connecting together at a ring terminal.

checked those the other day.

Have you tested resistance to ground? and between relay and pump?
And for voltage at relay?

There has to be a break in the wire.Trace the line and look for the break in the line.

Ever figure this out I'm having the same problem on a 92 ser

ended up being a break in the harness ! check for power at the plug and if you dont have it there keep tracing it back a couple feet at a time to narrow it down.
