I sent the guy a PM on NASIOC, we'll see. Doubtful. If I knew someone who was savvy with a welder I'd have them give it a shot at fixing it. It would cost too much to have a shop do it though.

Vadim's car is turbo Matt's car isn't right? That is going to make a difference IMO. What is the rest of your exhaust setup Vadim and Matt? Resonators pipe size and so on?

There are other members running these mufflers with no complaints. I understand that there will be a varience due certain setups.

Ok I haven't heard those, it is just that that yours and Vadim's second vid on the dyno sound pretty close to me. A lot of guys get two different sounds from the same mufflers just because of resonators ya know?

Was yours from rust country? Did it rattle or anything off the car? Maybe it's steel wool has been blown out burned out whatever?

matt muffler is good. nothing is wrong..

does your car have a cat? does it have resonator? if it doesnt have neither then thats what would cause that raspy sh1t noise. must understand that muffler in the inside is less restrictive then oem n/a muffler .

evo muffler will sound the same.

put a 3 inch cat in there ..if u dont have one already.

My car is indeed Turboed no cat and 18" Magnaflow 4" can resonator, Matt's is VEed. My second video sounded like that due to the O2 meter rattling, but notice there is still no rasp like the one in Matt's video.
