I didn't yet resurfaced the flywheel , because the alternator and distributor failed in the same time, and I'm working for money to replace them.
But before that, I checked the transmission mounts and there isn't nothing wrong.
A missing bolt, but I never had that bolt.

Well i am just replacing the clutch on a 3.0 and didn't re-surface. Will let you know if I have an issue. ( I did clean the surface with 400 grit and then clean it well, all by hand.)

BTW i did replace a clutch center disc once as a precaution, came apart for final drive problem, and didn't replace the pressure plate.
Bad decision, the belleville type spring gets weak over time, and doesn't provide the clamping force. Clutch ended up slipping.
I also replaced my Sentra clutch for slipping, was bad from 50k to 85k till I finally took it down, center plate was fine, had enough lining for another 50k !!!

So replace your pressure plate even if it inspects good unless you can check the clamping force spec ( I cant !!!)
