Fuel Catalyst?
Has anyone done any research on the Fitch Fuel Catalyst? They just did a review of it on a show on SpeedVision...

I was curious if it were a scam or not, since they were installing it on a truck on Speedvision. Turns out, that it cleans up the fuel and apparently increases HP/TQ output by means of re-refining the fuel?

Anyone care to chime in?

Looks like Snake Oil. Even if it wasn't, $200 for 1-2.5mpg? Honestly not worth it.

I did A LOT of reading on different technologies and techniques of improving gas mileage. 90% out there is snake oil.

I still have yet to figure out how European cars get better gas mileage then American. I was watching the Top Gear SUV comparison episode

The BMW, and Audi, Range Rover all had similar powers, with Rover being the slowest. They mentioned that the Range Rover would be too expensive to drive on gas compared to the BMW and Audi. For them to even say that the difference must be pretty significant...

Tekkie you should get this
http://boost-on-demand.com/boost/

If your Anti-virus goes off on that site the basic idea is to build boost at idle. I can't imagine it being healthy towards any internals, turbo, etc.

That's got to be as retarded as the fuel catalyst! What kinda boy-racer wants to build boost in neutral?!
