949 Racing 6 UL Wheels
Does anyone know if they make the wheel in a 15 x 7 ? I looked on their site and I only see the 15 x 8. I sent them a e-mail a few weeks ago with no reply.

Just wondering if anyone knew if they did or not.

They DID at one time, but not recently. Emilio makes wheels a couple times a year, once they are out of stock that is it for that size/color/etc.

I will try to e-mail them again. I am just curious if they would make me a set.

why is 8 inches to wide for you rob ?

i see no negatives in a inch wider wheel, better grip in a straight line and in the corners whats wrong with that ?

stratton.

I'm 99% sure Emilio stopped doing runs of the spec miata 7" width. It had a 54.1mm center bore so they would need to be machined to fit on our cars if you find a used set.

Why not go with the 8" width?

their 15x7's only came in like a +20 offset and only marketed for spec miatas.

the 15x8's are fine with an effective offest of around +35. they work and a 205/50/15 tire fits on there pefectly.

I have a specific look I am shooting for so that's why I want a 7 inch wide rim. I have a few rim options and the 6UL is one of them.

Those of you that know me well know that I love a real low drop on my car. I am concerned that running a 8" wheel will effect that with rubbing. Also I am not one to roll my fenders. I figure I could avoid rubbing with full coilovers but, I want to run my AGX/GC combo. I don't want the rear wheel to hit the strut perch and like I mentioned I don't want to roll my fenders if I use a spacer.

I would love a 15x7 with a +35 offset. Damn I am such a ricer. LOL!

Dunno Rob 15x8 is probably best choice. All that power will be begging for more tire.
