Thread: engine rebuild kit

has anyone ever gotten one of these kits?

That kit is too cheap to be true but for that price how can you go wrong?

gonna put it in my girlfriends G20.. this was my first sr.. the one that got me hooked, so thats why i wanna rebuild it.. the way i look at it is, that must be a rebuilt oil pump, cause i dont see them making one themselves an selling it cheap.. i've read ok things about the bearings they provide an i think they would work well for what the engine will be used for.. i have a gasket kit on the way already that im gettin from a forum member so i wont need that stuff, but hell the kit even comes with new pistons an rings an ect ect ect lol.. i think i will use different cam sprockets since im not liking how those ones dont have the holes.. i have a set of HELLA low mile cams that have good cam gears on them already..

should i order the next size tighter bearings just incase? cause these ones are universal unlike the oem ones.. i already know to use plasti gauge when installing them..

Or just get a new motor.

nah i wanna make this one work again :P im not even sure i need to put in new rings, i wish i would have compression tested it
