i do they vary from RR and non RR lowports?

yeah, but i dont have the ones from the RR i just have mine from the Lowport

^^^ Yes, if you're using the old lowport intake manifold, you want to use the old lowport coolant lines. You should be good to go.

yeah, seems my intake manifold doesn't line up with the coolant passage on the RR head. therefore that's whats causing the obnoxious leak

The lowport flange is the same as the rr, so you shouldn't haveany issues with it lining up. If you've got a leak, it must be the gasket or the hoses back there.
