NO BRAKESS Save me from certain death
Well today I drove from ct to nj with absolutely no brakes and my ebrake is crap as well( i dont recommend this but it had to be done and was done in the early morning)
Now the real problem is that I have absolutely no brakes when the car is on and I kind of need them.
List of events that lead up to this:

1.took my nx brakes off and put the stocks back on(car stopped fine with the nx's)
2.Bleed the brakes everything was good(nothing is great when you own a sentra.)
3.Car is trailerd to ct and do the manifold and some other things (like play nba jam on super nintendo)
4.Get it in the car to come on back home and tear down the meriden but I have absolutely no brakes.
5.Changed the MC from my car and another car still the same thing
6.We then noticed that air was escaping from where the MC meets the booster so we gasketed it up with some rtv.
7.Helped with that problem but no brakes still.
8.We bled the brakes and the mc atleast 5 times and they brakes are great when the car is off but as soon as the motor is running we get crap for brakes.
9.Pedal is just crap and goes down to the floor you can sit there and pump them and slowly build them up but by that time im in the intersection waving to a semi truck.

I'm pulling 15/16 inches of vac with s4s and I know the booster is good because as soon as I took the hose off the air escaped and also the check valve is good.

I'm at a loss and there is no leaks from any lines the calipers work we tested all of them its just pissing me off hopefuly somebody can shine some light on this.

What do you mean the brakes work with the car off? If you are driving and then shut the car off and coast, can you press the brakes and they will work (although unboosted)?

they dont just get mushy muddbutt pedal feel they actually have some pressure that pushes back on your foot and doesnt allow you to push it to the floor without flexing your leg.

So do they stop better with the car off or no?

Knowing this would tell us if the brake booster is working properly and let us rule it out as the issue.

Yeah, the booster may have a vacuum leak and not be providing assist.

If the pedal has some travel and power assist when left alone for a while with the engine running, then becomes like rock if you press it repeatedly (engine still running), I'd suspect the booster.

The engine may be providing vacuum, and the booster may build some assist, but it will not consistently keep brake assist if the seals are going bad.

The brakes are 100 times better with the engine off. I guess I should drive it and then turn it off and see how the brakes react while rolling with the motor off.

thats pretty much what happens I can keep pumping the brakes and it slowly builds up it just doesnt have enough to stop it. There is only a couple things with the brake system and I have pretty much done everything so far.

I believe where the problem is occuring is where the mc meets the booster there was a leak at that mating surface and even rtv wouldnt help it. (also couldnt really wait for it to dry)

Well im starting from the ground up basically.

Got new pads and rotors I know the calipers work i see them pushing when I had it on the lift.

This all happened after I changed my brake setup from the nx's back to the stock b13 (how I wish I just kept them on god damn it)

What are you doing putting the stock B13 brakes back on, knowing you're running with an SC61

Seriously, you need to stop what you're doing, buy bigger brakes or put the NX brakes back on, replace the damn booster, then troubleshoot from there. I told you to check the booster
