im sorry if i missed this, but have you done the test on the tstat as described in the FSM?

I am assuming you mean it still stays below 25% on the gauge when driving

it stays below the line like the main one example ----> c"I"/ I \ H

and yes i did what fsm says i even put a clip between the raditor cap...
and it was doin fine.. fans were turning on and all but then.. as i started driving.. it dropped

umm, testing the thermostat is removing it, putting it in a pot of water and heating the water to make sure the spring assembly is working properly at the specified temperatures. The FSM says exactly that. It gives you the approximate opening per temperature reading to make sure it isn't too open or too closed at each temp. It mentions nothing about a paperclip.

i tested both thermostats and both opend an closed i say both because i have bought 2 extra ones for another car

Did it open and close the proper amount at the listed temps? It really seems like your t-stat opens too early.

i know... but ive tried a total of 4 and still same .. what could cause a t-sat to open early if nothing is wrong with t-sat?

outside of it being old or damaged/malfunctioning, either the temp at the t-stat is higher than at the sensor, or the t-stat isn't built right / not the right one.

You said the fans kick on, when does that happen?

that happned when i tried bleeding the air out ... from what the fsm says which shows the info about the clip being used on radiator cap..
it turned on when temp got to the middle at a stand still.. once i started driving the temp drops nasty... i havent heard my fans turn on while driving for a few months now..
like seriously how much air CAN there be?

what is that lil hole on the water pump for?

The little hole will leak coolant when the pump is bad IIRC. You might consider the possibility that your gauge just reads low. There might not be anything wrong. Until you have a method to get a direct, real-time temp reading, this is what I'd go with.
