if you've got a spare battery you can try, I'd do that. Your battery might still read an okay voltage, but a few cells might be bad / dry / shorted and it's lost it's cranking capacity.

Also, make sure you put the battery all the way, installed in the car (assuming you've got a spare), don't just use jumper cables to connect it.

not sure if i asked but have you checked your fuses and relays? if not i would check those, then if you have the ability to just pull the starter and have it checked to get past all this bs with the starting issues i personlaly would do that.

turn your headlights on when you try to crank the car, if the headlight dims, then your probably gonna need a new battery,

from the sounds of it, the solenoid is engaging but the starter motor isnt turning, could be poor contacts in the starter or poor connection between the starter and battery, hence the check for a bad ground by bypassing it but you could still have a bad connection from the positive cable to the positive on the starter, check the positive cable for any corrosion, use a multimeter to check for voltage drop

does the car have an immobilizer?

Alright, I'll thanks for all the suggestions. I will try them all and no I don't have an immobilizer.

I believe he already had the starter tested and it came back OK

^ Yeah, I had it tested and it was good. I'm about to go get my battery tested and
see what happens.
