Craapp...small exhaust hole, how can I fix it?
I am about to splatter this gunk called "Muffler Weld" form QUALCO on my aluminum exhaust from VRS. The hole is right after the joint at which the bend over the rear beam pipe meets with the s-curved pipe. The hole is less than a 1/2" across but it is surrounded by rust. I would let the goo sit overnight and it is only getting darker. Anyone have an alternative to this gray goo?

im pretty sure you mean aluminized steel. Have a new section welded in.

Yes this, sorry, it was late last night. Apologies. This muffler weld gunk did not work so it is going to the trash. JD weld is next.

Or as stated above, you can have a new section welded in.
