How to check if injector stuck ?
How exactly do you check if injectors are stuck using a multimeter
on a lowport SE-R ?

use a 9 volt battery with a wire from each terminal, stick those to the prongs on the injectors and listen for them to open and close.

the injector will make a clicking sound. As for the 9volt battery thing I'm not sure either.

I heard I could just put a screw driver on the injector and listen that way, is this true?

pull the rail, put rags under it, prime the car, the bad injector will have fuel coming out.

i thought this was easy because there were 2 people and only 4 bolts holding the rail down.

"Trained ears" are required for this method. You have to know what to listen for.

if you run a wire from the pos. on a 9 volt and a wire from the neg on the 9 volt, unplug the harness from the injectors and touch one wire to each prong on the injector itself. You will hear the injector click open and then closed when you pull the wires off. Very simple.

couple ways of doing it, ive done all and it all depends on what you have around.

you can disconnect your dizzy and plug in another one to turn with your hand and listen for the injector to click when the car is off.

do the 9v battery trick where you take 2 peices of wire and electrical tape them over the 9v battery connectors and then touch the 2 prongs on the injector repeatedly .

take the rail out but thats more to just turn the key forward and not crank to check for a LEAKY injectory.

and yes you can put your ear to a screw driver and put the tip on the top of the injector but you might get confused with all the lifter noise though if you listen to the other three and the fourth sounds the same i bet your ok
