I hope I don't have an issue ever. If I do I will relegate this to the rubbish heap and buy a Koyo.

There shouldn't be any issues if they are making a quality product.

Agreed haven't had an issue yet

I like this guy

I like him too and actually agree with most of the blogs about knock off parts on MotoIQ.com and Datruth

I would not normally buy a knock-off product I mean if you look at my build thread it is full of brands like Recaro, Custom Steel, B&M, etc etc... If I had a choice I would of gone with a Koyo however you cannot beat free

If I have any issues I will let everyone know and I will buy a Koyo rather than deal with the BS of warranting these out.

Understandable, free is hard to beat

So back to my topic, is $280 a good price? Whether it comes from JGY or not...

Sorry for derailing the thread. I was just trying to help, but I didn't realize the Mishis were so shoddy.

I have a Koyo, and I had a Koyo in my last car. They are pricey, but that $$$ definitely buys you a quality piece.

You can get the GA16 Koyo for around that price, but you can't find the SR20 one for anything close to that (that's why I'm skeptical).

Call and ask them for the part number. It should be R1977. If you can make it through a phone call with them, get the information you need, and still want to purchase from them...

I have a koyo in my daily right now. I guess my turbo project will have a koyo as well.

$280 is a great price for the 1977 is that is the part number they are selling so snag that up.

Thank you for that link, ever since the Mishi's were released I've been very tempted to buy one just to cut it in half for research but that is alot of money to throw away LOL.
