Changed the fuse got it at advanced auto parts and yes I figured out there were two screws. Even the tech at the infiniti dealer couldn't tell me for sure if there were screws hes like uhh try pliers it might have fried and welded the metal together. I'll put the fuse part number up when I go look at the box.
