NX seat rails - sit lower?

Someone told me that if I switched to NX seat rails in the SE-R, that the seats will sit lower. True?

Tried searching and didn't come up with anything.

I know that they didn't make my Recaro's sit any lower in my B14...

Would be interesting to know if they're supposed to move the seats lower...
