jen36 had this problem and i made him come to my dealer and buy them and i installed them. they screw in and you adjust them untill the rattle stops.

My car is a 99...the rattle isn't from the front of the hood, but where the two bolt mount is on each side.

This is what I'm doing for the NX. Just things like getting my car started got in the way

The vent is really not that noticable over stock appearance and sits right behind the radiator

Octave, very tastefully done! No big scoop to help collect speeding tickets, and it looks like it would be effective.

I'd love to see a couple of pics of the underside, and how you handled the reinforcement webbing.

Should look great painted up!

the webbing? well it sorta got in the way so I removed most of it in the front. the sides that I welded on help brace it though. I'll get pic's once it stops raining and I can clean it up a little. Maybe a litte primer to help it stand out.

im doing this mod tomorrow i dont care what ppl think of how my b13 looks, i do alot of crusing and my job requires alot of driving and heat soak sucks. now that its starting to warm up i feel the power loss after crusing for a long time. lol put it this way it makes the difference between losing to a srt4 caliber or walking a 2010 camaro. nobody cant see your hood when your in front of them anyway haha.
