Calums software is free. The cable just lets you use calumsult or whatever freeware you want to use. Seems like a good advertisement for Calum to me.

yes but when calum sees no profit.. it isnt good.. he helps us alot on the forum and alot of people around the world... i think he should be gettin paid big bucks for that

he gets paid for the chips - the software was his choice to be free. I see all the features I could have with a chip of his, I buy the chip - that's the point of freeware, see the features available and buy the product. Inadvertantly he is making his money.

Oh I was just saying they claimed to have copyrighted it. They might have just meant the cable though.

The other screen shots they show are Nissan Datascan that I'm pretty sure isn't free for commercial use...

Correct. NDS is $30, IIRC.
