Octave, where are you located? I've got an extra VC and I'm thinking about getting this done. That black one looks sooooo freakin' sexy!! Very clean look. Did you do that with Auto paint or PC?

It is Auto Paint. Aaron is right, Im in middle TN. So far any shipping price has been about 13 bucks UPS Ground or USPS Parcel post to any where on the east side of US. I've shipped to NJ FL and PA and all have been 13 bucks For a 24x14x5 12lbs box. And 24 bucks priority mail to NJ.

I'm gonna build a RR/VE VC soon just to sell I think, but it's gonna cost more cause it will be my VC and it will be painted something cool. I dunno urban camo or something easy. Of corse I will bring the price down if they send a core VC. All though no one has to wait for me to build a VC if they just send me theres to modify.

octave, If I send you my VE valve cover, and the OEM vendor's plug cover, can you modify it so it looks like that but in orange, and the neo vvl logo put back on?

Do you need the VC prepped at all? It's fresh off the head without any cleaning really. It's not disgusting, just a little bit dirty and greasy.

I remember you quoting me on my VVL cover as soon as I get some cash together and some time to grab the cover I will be shipping it out.

I can do orange but I haven't seen if I can take off the VVL badge yet as I've only done RR covers. I know I can take it off but not damaging it and reattaching it is different. GSPEC might carry some VVL badges if it's not able to come off clean.



No the VC doesn't need to be clean unless you want to clean it. If I paint it then I clean and prep it to make sure for a lasting Paint job. Not something that just flakes off.
