Can someone explain why ye remove the stat with the electric pump?

What type of controller are ppl using and where can it be bought?
Also do you keep the tstat with the controller or loose it?

The pumps die faster with restriction. You would ditch the tstat with the controller

EWP & FAN DIGITAL CONTROLLER 12V - PART No: 8020
here is the combo with pump
EWP80 / Digital Controller Combo - Part No:8007

That is a good way to go, better weight distribution. And it leaves room for a equal length and a straight out the fender exhaust. Or one could punch a hole in the frame and tube it for a really short exhaust +1 weight savings and power. It would also make radiator exhaust ducts a lot simpler.

My plan too just need the E power steering

This might not help much here you go.There was some pipe in the way where the kit wanted it mounted. I am thinking about moving it and getting some hard line instead of the flex hose.

I could have sworn I double posted back there

Do you think that the electric water pump and the Koyo would be enough keep the Dog II cool with the turbo motor?

Just so people are aware; This kit will not work with the GTiR motor. The problem is with the block off plate. The 54C uses a different water pump and you will need to fabricate your own block off plate for it.

No but im sure he could, got it from an old forum member/vender a long while back. Its the right bolt pattern and its flat but theres no releifs cut for rtv to go in... I could probably dremmel some in myself with some time.

I was also thinking i could have nust gutted a dead water pump and weld the holes up. Cheaper and guaranteed fit

My fab guy here suggested that but we are going to put the sensors there so a flat canvas is easier.
