NAPA Oil Filter
The paper in the filter is rather nice, decent amount of fins and it has that stiffness I like and is still rather soft to the touch. Keep in mind this is their Gold series, not the Silver (red and white box) series.
My recommendation? For $5 this is a good filter. When compared to the excellent diagnosis that's in Vadim's link, I'd say it falls right between the Bosch and K&N filters. Not the best you could get, but perfect for someone on a budget.
