What combination are you trying to run? Is it a matching set (IM & TB)? If so, just grab the IM->TB gasket and use it as a guide to cut your own. Pick up a thick cutting board (not the cheap plastic ones but a solid composite one), trace the gasket and get to cuttin'. A jigsaw will work perfectly for the perimeter cut. A drill bit will bore out the bolt holes just fine. I'd suggest you use a TB gasket on either side of the spacer for final mounting.
If you don't want to do the labour, a machine shop would be able to cut this out for you for less then 50 dollhairs.
Also, depending on how thick you make the spacer, you may need to source some new hardware (bolts) from Lowes or Home Depot's car racing department.
