Fill that bitch till you cant anymore and it starts over flowing! Aka about 4 quarts!

But thats wasting the good stuff if you over fill it and it leaks out on the ground, not to mention it's a pain to clean up off the ground.

Best method for measurement is the finger method, stick your finger into the fill hole and if it touches oil its full if not then fill more.

how about drain it, put in 3 qts, and see if you can see the fluid in the funnel bottom? that would work right? heck, it worked for me

wait, i just drained and filled that sucker back up with a gallon automatic here

Vadim, im guessing you havent filled alot of these trannys. Right when you see it start over flowing you put the plug in and about 3 ounces make it out. Really easy.

I did twice with my tranny, I just have to worry about my garage floor (well techincally land lord's floor garage floor hehe). So I try to keep the stains to the minimum .

They sell a pump like that at harbor freight tools for like 6 bucks. Lookt o see if you have one near you....
