If everyone goes from non-EL HVAC to EL HVAC, of course it can be done the other way Just look for the how to on HVAC, and do the opposite of what is done.
^^ Agree with Tekkie.. Dont know why you would want to do this, but heres the link for the HVAC conversion.
Are you talking about the Blower Fan resistor? It controls the blower speed. If its bad, the blower usually will only work on the highest setting. This is an easy 5 min swap with a new improved one.

Well, your G20 came from the factory with an Electrical HVAC installed.. The manual one has 2 levers and the Air Recirculating lever always break & dont work..
We pull the Electric HVAC from G20s to do our conversions...
So, I guess you will need to source parts from a B13 to do the manual conversion...
