Major horn issue.
I can't get this damn horn to work. Here is what I've done already:

-Put a working relay
-All fuses (Every single one of them) are good
-Replace the horn with a known working one
-Ground on the horn is good (I even wire brush all areas)
-I got 12v and ground to the horn relay connector

The horn was working until one day the relay decided to burn and now nothing works and if it helps any the airbag light goes into diagnostics and it won't reset.
Help out here guys.

Here's a question, does your cruise control work?

Well your checklist only leaves two things 1. an open somewhere in the circuit 2. have you checked the switch?

I don't know. I installed a JDM DE and I haven't fab a bracket to use the cruise control. But it did work way before I installed the motor. On the side note EVERYTHING work after motor swap this just randomly started happening.

Which switch are you talking about?

The actual switch on your steering wheel

Well just keep in mind that the Cruise Control and Horn is on the same relay, so if you can't get the cruise control to work then it will come back down to the relay shorting out.

If cruise control works, then you have a short elsewhere, could possibly the horn switch squabzter mentioned

I was thinking the clock spring could be bad. Since I can't get the airbag light to turn off. I assume I still have to remove the airbag to change the switch.

I will check the cruise control relay but I doubt is not working because you can still turn it on and off.

Alright guys. I replaced the clock spring and it solved the airbag problem and the horn also but now the horn doesn't stop beeping which I think that's what started the whole problem.

Any ideas why the horn is stuck open? I had to remove the fuse and relay so it doesn't beep.
