I have a question here.

I HAVE to push the clutch ALL the way down to turn it on. And also sometimes the clutch pedal is really stiff or sometimes its pretty soft.

Cable going out?

COMPETITION CLUTCH is a very good company. they called me to confirm my order sent it out promptly
recieved it with throw out bearing an clutch alignment tool which most kits comes with

the cheapest an what they call "stock" disc is a 6 puck sprung the pressure plate looks good.

reason why i went with them is because i had the same clutch on my black se-r which last 2 yrs then i removed it from my black se-r an put it on my white one an it kept working till i changed cars..

best clutch so far..

havent dissasembled yet.

ITS CONFIRMED A C T clutches are garbage....

spring came out an was stuck between pressure plate an disc... not allowing it to shift into gear.. scarring the flywheel, pressure plate

the disc itself has 90 % of life but is useless

danny thats almost what happened with my first Competition clutch disc. They warrantied it no problem though and sent me the six puck sprung hub, and it has been rocking out ever since. Same pressure plate.

Weird coincidence...I think the same thing just happened to my ACT clutch setup. Take a look at my post in the general section and tell me what you think. My spring was not free floating like your but it did have wear spots on it.
