4 FACKING WEEKS FOR ME TO WAIT WITHOUT EVEN RECIVING THE CLUTCH WITHIN THAT TIME IS UNACCEPTABLE

I do agree there customer service wasn't that great and shipping is slow, but there products are second to none.

Second to none my ass. This company has pissed me off for the last tiime. Ive orderd a few things through them clutch wise and EVERYTIME i order something im left wondering why the FACK it is that I feel like I shouldve just orderd an ACT clutch from ACT instead of dealing with those facking monkeys at clutchnet.

I orderd my pressure plate on the 4th of January. THE FACKING F_O_U_R_T_H. How is it that its the 23rd and the Clutch JUST shipped out today. Not only that. After talking with these guys MULTIPLE times (Same guy though "George") I was promised that my clutch would be sent out 2 day air so that I would recieve it on the 24th. What do I see when I get the tracking number? Sceduled delivery for the 28 and UPS GROUND. I can understand you drop the ball once. But dont promise your customer something and then drop the ball AGAIN....AFTER dropping the ball once already. **** CLUTCHNET. I will never order another thing from them. I dont encourage anybody else to anymore either because there customer service is subpar. There Clutches are the same as other companys. Theres nothing super special about them. They just charge less for the same thing. Id rather pay more and have my **** on time so I will never deal with them ever again.

Damn, I have noticed that george wasn't helpful at all, I wanted to see the exact picture of the pressure plate i was looking to buy, you know just so I know what I am getting because all of their defaults are the pull types =/. So anyway i called and genious George picks up and i tell him my request he says hell get a camera and asked me to call back tomoroow(which was yesterday) i called back yesterday and he said ooh, well i couldnt get a camera and unfortuantely we have NO pictures of our products (are you fricken kidding me?) needless to say after this i am going with Vogel's Stage 2, it costs less and comes with everyhting I need.
- 1 for clutchnet

Come to think of it I did have to call a few times and it did take a long time to get my clutch set-up, so there product is good, but there customer service blows!
