Thread: speed sensor

Whats up fellas,i have a little problem wirh my XE,i cannot tell how fast im going cause the speedo is not working,
i changed the clutch the other day and im not sure if i plugged it into something else or if i didnt at all,the only thing i remember that broke was a ground wire.

so what are you asking exactly??? check your speed sensor that is located on your tranny. check to see if you pluged that sensor in

I did but there are a few wires but not sure,all are plugged in. btw where exactly is that speed sensor located on the tranny?

I don't know if it's the same on your car, but on my b14 the speed sensor can be seen standing on the drivers side of the car by the wheel. Look down onto the tranny. It will be on top. Where it connects to the tranny, it's round.
