i've been mashing around my girlfriends 92 xe auto in this crap, i have se-r wheels on it with some decent summer tires.. i've gotten high centered a few times and a few driveways i pulled into i got stuck.. but as long as you keep movin an follow the ruts its not so bad, i think of it like a snow rally :P

heres my 77 datsun 620 chillin under the car port next to my buddys 82 280zx turbo

heres the se-r, poor girl has a rod knock again.. only until tax time when i get my ve anyways

an heres the gf's ride, lil slugger

i couldnt ask for any more then that cars givin me, i paid $450 for it a year ago.. put 12,000 miles on it an freakin rallyed it in the snow! hehe

turning around the entrance of the aprtment area where my mom lives and a guy came flying around the turn(leaving the place) and smack!..nothing major to total the car but def enough to leave a decent dent on his rear left door and possibly frame mine thankfully was only Tsuru corner light and tsuru had lamp is busted along with the fender and the hood being bent in and paint chipping off and the front left corner was scuffed enough to not leave it fixable (atleast i dnt feel like rockin it like that even if it was painted over

i'd like you guys to help me out .... we both got out and obvi. we were unhappy he began by saying hey man im sorry are you ok?(this right away made me think he's ok with what happened ) i got out and said the same and obvi went to go look at my car and well pointed out the damage and he started to tell me i don't want to go with insurance claim"" so this made me think he must feel like he had most of the fault.he said he was in a rush and needed to be somewhere so i asked well do you live here? and he said "" my friend does im just visiting."" i said well let me get your info (got his name number plate numbers blah blah blah) i called mom dukes since i figured she would know what to do more then me.she came down and looked at the damaged and asked the guy if he lived here and he says "" yeah my mom does i live here"" ....so theres two stories about who lives here int he complex and he doesn't want to go with insurance i let him go out and well told him to call me on friday since that'll give me time to price things out and such he said ok .
After finally pulling up to a parking spot where my moms room was i called the police station and explained everything about him having to run to the store and the lady on the phone said well aslong as you have his info there should be no problem ill send somebody down rightway .officer showed up and said he couldn't right a report because he wasn't here (at the scene) but i can file a civilian report (he wrote out a field report though or something ...basiclly a paper which i have a copy of with all the details i gave of my car and the other person/car)
-Going to need the fender/hood repainted and unbent (paint chipped off due to the things bending )
-Bumper is pretty scuffed and will need to be replaced and paint matched
-The half of the headlamp which seals up with the clear(outer part of the head lamp) is broken off so water and more will fall in and will eventually make my hid bulb blow out.
-Corner light is shadered to bits and pieces(which i couldnt even find laying around)
With all that said do you guys think its fair for me to wait till friday and have everythign priced out and let him know and give him another day to figure out a way to pay up and if he doesn't then follow up on the civilian report? (im given 10 days fromt he date of the accident to report it this will leave a day or 2 to spair and not rushing anything really)

I love the snow! But hate driving thru it. I think my view towards snow would change completely if i lived where it actually snowed. haha
