Cold Climate Drivers - Please respond inside
Looking at this and a few other batteries for a future turbo setup, but need it to crank over in the winter (temps with windchill can sometimes [very seldom] get below 0*). I need to know if this battery has what it takes to get me through the winters up here. Thanks!

it has 680 CCA that should be more than enough for cold weather.

Get a hawker branded one, cheaper and same thing.

Mine start my car up in anything with just one turn over. Only thing about these batteries is that they discharge pretty quick. So you have to be careful with leaving lights on like emergency lights and such. I love mine though.

Hmmm, looks like the "Silver" from Advance I have in there now is even less CCA than the Oddyssey. The 3 listed on partsamerica.com (advance's website) are rated at 500, 540, and 585.

This one looks to have more CCA than the Odyssey. About double actually. I ran this one in my SE-R in the trunk back about 4 years ago. I had little problems with it. Need to figure out dimensionally if this fits the way I want it to. Couldn't for the life of me remember the name but I found it now

I have that odyssey battery in my car, and so far I have had no problems starting, temps have been as low as 25ish so far this year.

I have had the Odessey out under below 0, I don't know how cold it was inside the car though, and it was getting close to it's limits. It hasn't failed me yet in 4 years
