the problem was the crank pulley. it went bad. the larger part that runs the alt came loose from the rubber that holds it in place. it was shaking back and forth under any sort of load. it cased me to throw my alt belt and also caused the wp belt to flip itself inside out...

Good thing you didn't do any SERIOUS damage.

I throw alternator belts off every time I take the car down the track. Too much load, and not enough adjustability, I guess. Daily driving the car doesn't cause any issues.

wow so you are saying the th OEM pulley that many people have repoted seperating can cuase belts to flip them self? damn another reason to get a one peice ur pulley
