Ultimate wheel and tire(weight) database
We need a wheel and tire database here.
It seems like the hardest spec to obtain about aftermarket or oem wheels are the weight.Whats up with that?
I think we need to start listing what we all find as we each hunt wheels...(you know you do it,lol).
Eventually, all the other specs will be here too,if everyone posts sizes, offset, construction, finishes, avg.price along with the weight.
Pictures and spec of tires used would be great too.
Would be a great sticky...even if people just cut and pasted specs as they find them.
I for one am looking for another set of light wheels to put on a b13 for the strip. This would be a big help, and a nice resource.

OEM Nissan wheels
-NX2000 alloys ,14x6,16.4lbs.
-B14 200sx/SE-L alloys,15x6,18.4lbs.

This is a great idea and hopefully made into a sticky in the Wheel/Tire Section which is missing on this forum.

Wheel Weights: WHEELWEIGHTS.NET

For tire weights, TireRack.Com has Tire weights

I think this is the best all around wheel I have come across the 6UL. There are a variation of sizes so check the site. All are very lightweight, strong and of course wide with an offset that will fit our cars, with 11.5 brake rotors upgrade mind you as well. This is where my money would be going if I had any

15x9 6UL Matte Bronze - 1596UL36MB

I just got a newsletter email from them about some new ones coming out.

"The next generation 6UL's are scheduled to be here in February. We have changed from gravity cast to low pressure cast for the 6UL. The result is a stronger wheel at the same weight and same price. The next evolution will be the 6ULR in April. The 6ULR is low pressure cats, heat treated with a roll formed outer. Roll forming results in a forged like strength but at about half the cost. For reference, this is the same process as used for the RPF1. We hope to be able to drop about 15% weight with the 6ULR which would put a 15x8 at around 10.9 lbs and the 15x7 just under 10 lbs.

I'll update when we have colors and sizes finalized and start taking orders on all the new wheels."

Thanks for the WheelWeights.com link. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any B13 or B14 SE-R wheels on the list. For the record, the 14x6 factory NX2000 alloys weigh 16.4 lbs. each. Weighed them today.

I'd like to know what a B14 SE-R [15x6] wheel weighs. Anybody?

I weighed a 15x6 B14 SE-R wheel on a digital scale today. Wow, 18.4 lbs! Too heavy.
