Yah, give me a second and I'll find some info for you.

On a 1994 SE-R the wire you're after is ECU pin 104. Here are some pics:

I'm not sure what year ECU you're working with, but it should be easy enough to find the fuel pump relay in the engine bay and check for continuity between it's signal wire and the correct ECU pin with an ohm meter or multi-meter.

For the record, using the actual power line (while it is a worse idea) seems to work just fine. I've driven 7 hours straight with it and it does not get hot enough to damage itself. In retrospect though I would have liked to have used that relay wire as it's much safer and less likely to fail

Back from the dead with this, and only because...

I need to know where in the FSM the diagram in the first post is. I'm looking at the diagram for the FSM I have, and it's not the same. Would greatly help me if I could find that specific fold-out.

Is this for iginition switch kill or engine kill? I thought you wire a ignition kill to the power source for your iginition then mount the switch in an uncommon spot (glove box = everyone does that).

Thats what i thought, find power wire from ecu, and tap into it and as long as the switch is off, it runs. But if its on, no start. My old celica had this.

(pertaining to the OP) I would of used it to kill the ecu relay.
