i dont think that a auto transmissino unless modified to take somegood abuse will be anywhere near as strong in pressure holding as a clutch that is specific with the ammount of power.

my stage 4 fx400 clutch is rated at 170% over stock. theres no way a auto could hold that unless build to

There have been several G20 guys that boosted on their stock auto trannys and all had failures shortly thereafter. If you are going to boost with an auto tranny you need to upgrade with IPT or Level10 stuff.

well boosted motors are enduring on the transmisons. manuals are just better than autos in that respect....+ you can change the ammount of pressure the transmission will hold by upgrading the stock. you can also upgrade the flywheel.. alot of variables make the manual more superior.

++ manuals give you greater control over the powerband, let you rev out farther, shift faster.. on and on

Why bother with a piggy back? I'd go with a calum ecu and be done with it. send him your ecu and he'll set it up... easy as pie and cheaper than any piggyback i know of.

man were is the boosted auto man when you need him.. dont belive the hype.. mirrortins has had his car boosted for over a year and is still doing fine and to make things even better its a VE.. he drives a 01 sentra so i think his tranny is a lil stronger then a b13...

^^^my G20 is boosted currently at 10 psi, tranny holding up well, goin with a DET torque converter soon, to test if it will save the P10 auto tranny longer than 10 months, dont believe the BS about losing so much power and the torque convertor swallowing it up, anyone in MD is welcome to check out a boosted automatic
