If you'll recall, my best was a 13.86s @ 107.15 MPH running basically 4 psi (although it creeps to 9 psi at redline) at the 2012 Convention. You've got me beat handily.

Awesome, that's pretty close to what my Forester would have run, stock, 13.8 @97. Can't overcome the brick shape to get the MPH up.

Eric, a good friend of mine who also has a lightly modded 96 SE-R has a Forrester turbo. Thing is quick but yeah I can see what you mean with the wind resistance; it's minivan like at the front. Kinda like how the B13 is compared to the B14. Ok well not really. But closer.

Ben, as far as my time goes, I was hitting 13.7s-14.0's until I lowered my front tire pressures, adjusted my suspension and then pulled the spare and jack out for the last run. The car hooked really really well this time and it was like I shot out of the hole w/ minimal spin and it ended up being 13.492 or something like that. I think on slicks, with all the seats out, (I have since removed all the undercarpet tar and extra carpeting) and other stuff out, it could drop closer to 13.0. I mean, no power steering, no A/C, no sunroof, no seats, no spoiler, no carpeting, it would be basically be like a 210WHP lawnmower.

Forester has a CD of .36, B13 is .36-.40 depending on who you ask. B14, B15 is .33, B16 is .36, P10/P11 .30...

I would say Forester's CD is actually not bad at all, but what gets you is the gearing, especially if your not running stock height tires.

You're not trying to use CD data to infer total drag are you? No doubt his ET is quick and top speed low because of AWD and lack of power, but CD doesn't get you anywhere without frontal area.

BTW the WRX STi in question that I raced was 100% STOCK. I mentioned that like, 4 times. I was dead even with him. Nobody pulled bumper to bumper. We pulled into a parking lot and chatted after, looked at each other's engines, he said he just got it and was planning on doing all kinds of mods. And remember over the summer I had removed about 450lbs from my VE (it's all back in now for the winter) but with just a driver's seat dash and stereo, holy shit, did it make difference.

btw you should look at people's sigs before insulting them, they may contain info pertinent to your post

ok bro, don't get your panties in a bunch.. let me ask you this, how do you think your alti se-r would do against your ve? i had a 02 spd max that did 243 on a dyno, and felt it was faster than my little t25/s4 se-r. my se-r did 210 whp also..lol

My buddy just recently got a 2014 Subaru WRX base model, its listed to be able to run 13.7@101 from the factory. We took it to the strip after it hit 3k miles and on a humid 80 deg night babying it off the line I drove it to a 14.0@98 with a pretty shitty 2.19 60ft. I was cutting better 60's in my sentra on street tires. lol

Oh and he also beats the hell out of it in AutoX and usually takes 1st in the awd class and then moved to advanced class and was ranking in the top 5.

Sorry your right, it's best to compare CdA, completely forgot.

B13: 6.74
P11: 6.43
Forester: 8.98

I just picked up a 2014 WRX Base Sedan and I get about 13 MPG OUCH and I do not beat on the car at all. Other than the MPG it is a great car for the price.

Oh, the Altima would get raped by the Sentra both in a straight line and on the curves. The Altima is stock besides a cone filter intake and a brake upgrade. It's 260HP stock, 251 ft-lbs torque, but it weighs 3300 pounds and is enormous (barely fits in my garage when I need to pull it in to work on it) but the Sentra fits with plenty of room. But I got it because of it's size because I needed room to haul equipment but also something that was kind of fun. And it does a decent job.

When I had pulled most of the interior out of the Sentra it weighed about 2,000lbs (without me in it) and making 210 @ wheels it was just really incredible keeping in mind it was all NA. I had pulled something like 400lbs out of the car, 80lbs of that coming from removing the sound deadening tar from under the carpeting. It was awesome, but everything is back in there now as it's in hibernation.

BTW what did you have done to the 02 Maxima to make 243whp? I forget what those have at the crank, 225?
