You might be too old to drive a car by the time that gets released.

That may be true but that'll be about the time I could pay cash for one anyways...

Not going to happen. Only way you'll see factory turbo, is by taking it from the Forester.

Lol. How is this motor a POS? So far it has proven itself beyond everyone's expectations. The heads flow well. The engine cooling system works amazing, rods are strong, and pistons don't have weak ring lands. The engine has make over 550whp stock.

so far the only issues they have had don't relate to mechanical failure. I hate boxer engines, but I wouldn't have bought this car if I thought the engine was a turd. It seems pretty stout, and I'll put it through its paces on the street and Miller! We'll see soon enough if it's up to snuff, but I'd hold out before passing judgement.

Everyone said the 4b11 was crap to the 4g63. But now they are making over 700awhp on them stock blocks.

That is the D3PE kit. One of my favorites. It mounts the turbo higher so you don't need a scavenge pump. But it reduces area for the strut bars and puts heat right by the battery. Hope that head shielding holds up.

The Accelerated Performance kit is my favorite. But it requires a scavenge pump which sucks.

the AVO kit has a scavenge pump as well. But it is a very well engineered mechanical pump driven off the cam iirc. It's a nice unit!

Put the AVO scavenge pump on the AP kit, and you have a setup full of win!
