Keith,do what your heart desires and the end of the day no one is going to give you what you want for your and no one is going to buy as a whole. Go get a rx-7 and like Jet said, this cars ain't worth much outside this forums. Plus let's be honest, this forum this forum has a lot of lowballers and tire kickers.
Jet,go get the 911. Seriously, one of my favorite cars.

Noooo, totally different. When I buy stuff, I keep it, most likely for life.

When Manny buys stuff, it can go on the auction block within a few days!!!!!!

Manny, in due time a 911 is in the cards. Just have to find the right one at the right price.

As far as this goes, I'm confident I'd fetch way more for my B14 outside this forum should I decide to sell it which I have been pondering lately. It just makes no sense to keep it. Since January, I've been home for a total of a month. It just sits in my driveway for 9 months a year and everytime I go home, theres something new I need to fix and I have no money to fix it. Its had bald ass tires for a full year, the inspection has been up since march, and I just fixed a slew of things for the 2 weeks I was home and it wasn't 20 degrees.

I don't even get to walk past it lol.

Anyway, I digress. Do what you gotta do. If I had the financial opportunity to get an FD, bet your ass there wouldn't be much of a thought process involved.

I agree with this and could be up for debate. Just look at the cars in the same era as the B13 SE-R that already have collector car "sought after" status.

True. I never thought of this actually. In my world, the b13 is highly sought after..... but that's my world. I do notice that cars like the CRX Si, Integra GS-R/Type R, and Eclipse turbos have all shot up in value. I saw a stock CRX Si for sale the other day for $6k . If someone buys it, then it's worth that. Though I've seen people spend $5k for an original SE-R. The trend that I'm seeing in our community is that the ones with a tiny amount of rust are selling for nothing. Same thing for a clean modded one (say Stratton's). Went for a steal. But the clean stock ones seem to sell at a higher price than before. It's hard to prove that because there are very few stock ones left. I feel it's like the 240sx scene. stock ones sell for far more than clean boosted ones because they are so stinkin rare. If you mod it, you won't get anything for it.
