Is there a trick to removing and installing the turbo inlet pipe? Thats the next one im gonna need.
Loosen the bolts from the tgv to engine block so the intake can move around. Remove the hoses on the pipe and rip that fucker out. Don't be nice. If your putting a silicon one in just squeeze it in.

Yup! Trick works GREAT for up pipes too. Just pull the exhaust mani off as well. Jack it up a few inches and the pipe slide right out.

I cant justify $200 for a silicone pipe. I wish I could say the same for the $100 oem pipe. But I need it cuz its sucking in unmetered air. But if I replace it now, the pipe should last another 100,000 miles and chances are, I wont have the car that long.
