Not sure which design the MANN is using from AST, but the only ones that raise the car are the rally versions... The wording is wrong on ride height... It should be "doesn't lose travel".

The coilovers won't add any ride height. On maximum ride height I will loss about 1.5 inches from the factory struts/springs.
