Thread: How to reassemble the power steering pump lower valve assembly?

I've also edited the fsm because it really was confusing, here's the fix:

Yup that did the trick. Car works like a gem now.

So that fixed it. The orientation is flat piston side down

So if mine's whining and I need a new one, any 1.6/2.0 91-99 will work?

Any 2.0L 91-99 should work. I don't have any idea bout the 1.6L pumps. I'm sure someone else can confirm.
