P11's have cup holders on the rear seat, they are actually good for big cups, but obviously you can't drink and drive as easily.


I do have the JDM Console, but because the handbrake is passenger biased, your hand sits above the cup holders while shifting. Thus you have to hold your arm at a weird angle to shift to avoid hitting them. But with 6 speed I was loosing my 1 post modification usable cup holder so this was the best option.






Did you install that or it came like that? I remember Blair and a bunch of other folks saying there were 0 cup holders in P10's.

I vote P11 too. I like the '02 Sport seats, very comfy.

I had that P10 cup holder in my last one and it totally sucked.

When I had my E36 it didnt come with cupholders either. I guess manufacturers of luxury cars dont want you spilling your shit all over the place. I think I will end up with a P11 because it looks a whole lot better then my goofy NX and the P10.

I ended up with a P11 lol

Forgot about this thread until someone just liked it.

Also I had to remedy the cupholder situation.

I must be in the minority. The P11 is ugly as sin. The P10 I've warmed up to some. Either way, such a horrible choice. Do they not sell Mazda 3 hatches where you live? ;P

For what your goals are, a P11 shall suit you fine! @circa.13 Glad to see you got one.

P.S. Remember the troubles you have inherited from the 32-bit ECU and worthless MAF from the 2000-2002 G20.
