If there was a problem with the steering rack, it wouldn't only shake at a certain speed. Torque converter sounds very logical if it is an auto

I had 6 spoke spec v wheels on my P10 with no vibrations it was just on the rear though lol.

Flatspot in a tire or slightly bent wheel (pothole). Rotate tires front to back and see if the vibration shifts or tramsmission mount.
