P10 Motor Mounts (Driver and Passenger)
Hey guys,

I need some confirmation on which Prothane part number to use for the g20 passenger and trans mount. I remember finding it on g20.net but can't find it again. I think he used 14-505 on both sides but the dowels needed to get replaced. Another guy used Jeep prothanes but didn't leave the part number.

If not, then what has everyone else been using for their passenger and trans mounts in terms of polyurethane? Thanks!

I dont think there is a prothane that fits in the passenger and tranny mount. You can get nylon ones on g20.net. I just filled mine with liquid poly on my own. They are working perfectly.

so i found the thread which described them using prothane mounts

P10-5-speed-Trans-Mount-Polyurethane-Insert

i would do liquid poly but i would prefer to get something pressed in vs filling. filling is cheaper since a sample bucket of 3lbs should do both mounts. anyone tried this? i believe the part number he used was 14-505

Yes I bought 14-505 and it did not look like it was going to fit. Have one in my basement. So burnt out the old rubber and filled it. 2lbs is more than enough.

these fit in the rear cross member only, we got them to fit without any modification but it was a tight fit.
from gspec:
Motor Mount, Passengers side (G20 x-member, see notes), FITS: B13 & G20 (See bottom) Our mounts are

there are some were done with hockey pucks.. basically you do all your own labor and make it fit, but its solid and they have lasted from the people that did it until now.. here is a link for that.
DIY: $3 solid P10 passenger mount
DIY: $3 Solid p10 front mount!!!

The Ultimate set of mounts. i have these and they are solid, worth it weight in gold.

G20.net - Forums

you may not find too much info on here for options on mounts because there really arent any others aside from generic parts store replacements that wont last long. everything else is custom. some people fill with window weld and have great results, others not so good. i had weld filled mounts and they didnt like az summers, they started to dry out and break up.
