Are the non LSD and LSD trannys the same as far as gearing is concerned?or are the G20 non LSD gears longer than an LSD B13/14 tranny

I just bought a avenir w11 tranny for my ve b14. Im more excited on having a more fuel efficient DD than i am about the power. I'd say stick with your p10 tranns and get the ve, tuned, ect. and you'll be straight on a quick daily

1st, and 2nd gear are the same between P10 and B13/B14 gearboxes. 3RD, 4TH, and 5TH are longer on the P10.

B13/B14 Gearbox has a 4.176 FD iirc
P10 Gearbox has a 4.05FD iirc

If I had a P10, my first mod would be SR16 trans and a 8lb flywheel, I would do this before even a VE.

If you're worried about gas mileage, specifically highway mileage, then stick with the P10 tranny. You'll see at least a 3-5 highway mpg difference between a B13/14 tranny and the P10 tranny. I had a B13 LSD tranny on my P10 VE and 32 was the best mpg I ever got. I just recently installed a P10 LSD tranny, so I have yet to test it exclusively on the highway...but I did notice an increase in combined mpg's.

I swapped in an SR16 box with a P10 5th gear and a JWT fly. Even on the stock rr in my P10 the difference was dramatic. Car should have come like this from Nissan
