Need a Price on a bunch of stuff.....
I am about to resurrect my long-injured Classic.

See this thread:

http://www.sr20forum.com/general-sr20/184843-car-nage-pics-body-experts-please-6.html

EDITED: Friday.

1) right apron - Should I purchase this locally (shipping)?
2) right fender - Should I purchase this locally (shipping)?
3) Right upper fender reinforcement (what the fender bolts to) - Provided by the body shop?
4) headlights -Tsuru, already Purchased.
5) 93-94 only complete radiator core support - Provided by the body shop? Buy new from you?
6) Radiator upgrade to NX2000 - Price please on a new one. My Spal fans survived the wreck and should work fine.
6a) Radiator cap - Appropriate radiator cap, price please.
6b) Silicone Radiator Hoses - Or would this come in a complete Silicone Hose Kit? See #17 below.
6c) Silicone Water Hoses - Again, see #17 below.
7) Radiator overflow bottle - Price please.
8) AC Condensor - Already purchased, pre-owned new in box.
9) 93-94 bumper - Should I purchase this locally (shipping) or go junkyard hopping? And do you sell the Sunny 2-fog bumper and if so, what would be the price?
10) 93-94 SE-R bumper cover - Should I purchase this locally? Or would this come with the Sunny 2-fog bumper (assuming you sell it)?
11) hood hinges - Should I buy these new OEM? Or get them in the junkyard with the hood?
12) Hood - Junkyard purchase, I am pretty damn sure.
13) Windshield wiper bottle - Price please.
14) Fuse box, passenger side - Price please including all fuses. The entire unit was destroyed. Wiring looks A-OK.
15) Power steering fluid bottle - I believe I want a B14 unit as they do not leak like the B13 units and they are a direct bolt-in replacement. Price please.
16) Appropriate Odyssey battery, tray, tie-down - No big stereo, a regular CD head unit, and a small self-powered subwoofer under the seat. Price please.
17) Full and complete Silicone Hose Kit - Do you sell this for a B13? I want one in (color) black to replace every single hose under the hood.
18) Fog Lights plus covers, bulbs, brackets - My old ones were broken already, nor would they have survived the wreck. I want new ones for the 93-94 bumper, or the Sunny 2-fog, should you have access to the Sunny.
19) New OEM Sunroof - Including the sunroof panel itself, the switch unit on the inside roof, and new motors. The tracks are the only thing still good. The sunroof has been closed with silicone for about 5 years.
20) Big Ass Brake Upgrade - Including NX2000 front rotors, appropriate rear rotors (Maxima?), pads, stainless steel lines, calipers, correct (Altima?) master cylinder. Basically an entire brake system upgrade. You specify it out to work correctly. Primarily a hard-driven street vehicle, autocrossing in my future. I have B14 wheels, which should clear the brake upgrade. Nor do I want to change the wheels, I love the B14 rims. EDIT: Possible "Stage 3" NX upgrade from web-site?
21) Tires - Purchase from Tire Rack.
22) OEM IACV unit - Price please. Obviously, I want the one with the spring.
23) All new door seals, weatherstripping, window seals, etc. - The works. The doors, windows, front and rear windsheild, any and all seals that you carry or can access for the vehicle. Plus the trim-stuff around the door-windows, on the exterior of the car. Mine are all sun/age cracked and fuxored.
24) OEM steering rack - Already purchased, Nissan OEM, new in the box.
25) Steering rack bushings - On web-site, are those urethane? Or are they just the OEM ones that come with the rack?
26) Red Valve Cover - Does this work with emissions equipment?
27) Tsuru Floor Mats - Also the "hook thing" located nearly under the seat, to keep the mat in place, for the drivers side.
28) One Batch - Of those plastic "push in" things that hold down the rear parcel shelf (speaker shelf) under the rear windshied.

Greg, I would be purchasing all of the items above, that are appropriate to come from you (G-Spec), in one big purchase and shipping. No nickle and dimeing, I know you'll give me a fair price and good advice. Also, feel free to ask me, or add anything obvious that I am missing. Keep in mind my mechanical ineptitude (is that a word? LOL).

I purchase/order it, you can run my CC in advance, you get it all together and ship it via your best judgement. I would like everything I order to be at Shepherd Square within the next few weeks or so. Certainly within a months time-frame. Visa card ready to go (or Amex) whatever you prefer.

The car is already sitting at my mechanics shop, awaiting body-shop estimates.

My mechanic, and where you will ship to, is:

Shawn B c/o
Shepherd Square Tire and Auto
2036-B Westheimer Road
Houston, TX 77098
Attn: Mike or Tom

Tom is the owner, Mike is his son (mechanic), they know me very, very well. You could call Mike with any questions you may have at 713-526-5778. I have been doing business with these guys for over a decade, they are thee only folks I trust with my vehicle. Dead nuts honest to the core, and superb work.

Oh yeah, I have eight (8) transactions on the other forum, with a perfect record of happy sellers. You'll be my first happy seller on this forum.

That is about all I can think of for now. I am sending you a PM with my home phone number and my cell phone number. Edit: I will also add my home address for CC billing verification purposes.

Thanks!

Greg,

I realize you are busy guy, however, should I call you directly? Are you working me up a price?

Once I buy "X" products from you, I'll know what else I need to go locate and purchase elsewhere. I'd imagine that my G-Spec order, whatever it turns out to be, will be rather large.

I have a "junkyard" hop ready for next Monday or Wednesday. Looking for the (hopefully) black hood, possibly the 93'-94' bumper stuff, hood hinges, and whatever else might be sourced in excellent condition.

Let me know how you would like to proceed. At long last, I want to get my Classic back on the road.

CC burning a hole in my wallet, through my pants, and starting to scorch my ass.

Shoot him an email with that... He doesn't always get a chance to check the forums. Sending an email will flag him. Calling also works.

Awesome.

Looking to save time, money, and most of all hassles. Just want to get everything off that list that I can from one primary source, namely you. Then go from there on finding/locating/purchasing the rest.

It has been eighteen (18) months with no Classic. It is way overdue.

Bueno!

Shawn B

EDIT: Awesome, just spoke to Greg. Greg and I to talk on Monday. Figure out what makes sense to buy from him, what makes sense to source locally. Shipping on the big parts the primary concern.

Add:

(1) Red Top valve cover - Does this work with emissions? Gotta pass in TX. Or *cough* find a...uh....friendly emmissions station.

(1) Tsuru Floor Mats - Also need the little "hook" thing that is nearly under the seat, the front drivers side. It pulled out of the metal and got lost.

(1) Batch of those plastic things that push-in and hold down the rear tray thing (that the speakers are located in).

(1) Red-Line Goods leather shift and brake boot. Not on G-Spec website, direct from Red-Line?

Whoooohooo!!!!!
