Intake manifold - Un-ported
After Porting.
----------------
I'm going to use the IAC valve from a CA18DET
Here is some info on the intake.
Velocity Stacks are 52mm
Port size's are 52mm by 31mm
Length from Velocity stack to port is 23cm

What is the distance from intake port on the VE head to the Intake valve.
Doing the calculations with the distance being 4cm’s put the peak at 7250Rpm . 2cm puts it at 8125 Rpm.
I am double checking my numbers but they look right

OK So problems.
I cant find a 90mm to 76mm reducer anywhere in PTA.
I'm using a hacked 85mm to 80mm reducer but it has started to tear so, I urgently need to find one.
Secondly my Neutral switch trigger isn't working so the car is high idling sometime's at robots (will try and sort it out tomorrow).
Tune
---------
Idle is the Same
Cold Start is the Same
Hot Start is the same.
I needed to add allot more fuel on my acceleration jet map to keep the fueling stable when putting my foot down.
I also had to increase fuel through the whole map especial the top range under WOT.
Impressions -Butt Dyno
------------------------------
Down Low power has increase lightly the car does seem to pull better between 3000rpm and 4600rpm.
In Lift the car is allot stronger especial between 6000RPM and 8000RPM.
I'm getting very bad torque steer now when planting it.
I now need to get the car on Derm dyno but I need to find a reducer first
