OK, test fit this into a B14. Commentary above pictures. Thanks to Robert Sousa for spending the morning with me.

Fits good, no issues with hoses or welded seam.

Cruise control will be an issue. Will need to be relocated.

A fingers worth of clearance on the seam.

rear view.

This is a 78* elbow Xcessive makes to reposition the Q45 TB. We have calculated that in this car a 45* would be better. We'll see about having that made. You'll see why in a second...

View for the RHD guys.

The Q45 TB is too large to run without doing something. Either the elbow or notching the seam. The TPS gets in the way.

Another view of Q45 TB. The N1 would probably require some notching also.

damn it looks good, gorgeous

it also looks pretty tight for rhd - although i think blood may be right about the curved n1 runners helping it clear.

If i could be sure i'd order one now! well, after the holidays when i have some cash but meh

Greg,

Can the elbow be made to find a N1 TB?

Dang that is close on teh B14, is it even going to fit with a stock TB and TPS? Think fitment will be even tighter on B13?

The one I have test fitted I believe is spoken for. I will confirm that it is, if not I will be in touch. Other than that, we are 10-15 days out.

The 45* is already in the works, so hopefully they'll be done soon.
