Thread: Brake pads.

V I ordered some Axis Ultimate pads off your site. I installed them with brand new rotors. It looks as if there's some type of hard spot in the pad and its leaving a huge gouge-line on the rotor. Also i think its causing the brakes to squeek badly. Any advice?

Ok.....it ended up being the heat shield rubbing on the back side of the rotor ...... Fix sheild, hit up pad and rotor with a little 50 grit and im golden. No need to send me another pad my bad lol...
