4 rib alternator pulley?
Greg,

Is there any pulley that will fit the alternator that is only 4 rib wide?

I could custom make one, but other that, no.

What would something like that run? I am interested but not willing to shell out too much for it. If it is priced similarly to your other pulleys i would buy one.

I'm currently making an oversized pulley for a guy with a supercharger. We're overdriving that belt to increase boost, so a larger Alt pulley to bring it back to normal speed. I believe i'm charging $100 for it.

I would go for that. Anyone who is putting the alt in the rear of the motor i bet would buy one. I wouldnt mind if it was a bit underdriven but not too crazy. If you need a deposit let me know.

How much larger do you want it?

OK, $110 without holes, $155 with holes. I know, silly huh, but the machinist says it's more set up and time.

That pulley is huge... I am not sure how much room i got. Lets stay at stock diameter and take the width from the outside and keep the inner at stock spacing. This will give me the most room from the frame rail.

That is the larger diameter. I will make yours stock diameter (2.9") and make it 4 ribs. I just need to know with or without holes.
