Ive heard the QG18 gears stack is stronger then the sr20's ? Or was it the third gear ?

The first shifter rod for the far left hole...



There is 1 notch on a side and opposite there are 3 notches.
Which side of the rod faces which?

The 3 notches appear to go toward the spring. Thats how i put it back together.
